SHIPPING POLICY
PROCESSING

All orders are usually processed + shipped within 4-9 business days, and only occasionally longer due to our products being handmade.
Please double-check that your shipping information is correct at checkout. We are unable to make changes once an order is placed!

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
​
Once picked up and scanned in by our carrier, transit times typically range 3-7 business days, depending on shipping method + delivery destination.
You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order, and the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 48 hours once a label has been created.
Once shipped, an order's tracking information is outside of our control, and as much as we'd like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands. We cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We do not currently offer international shipping, but we hope to ship to additional countries shortly!

EXCHANGES + RETURNS

If you’re not 100% satisfied with one of your Simply Bails Co. products, we would love to help make that right!
Please contact our Customer Care team at contact@simplybailsco.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll help get the process started. We require a proof of purchase (e.g. your order number, order confirmation email, store receipt, etc).
NOTE:
We are unable to cover any shipping fees. Discontinued items, limited edition/vault release items, gift cards, or items not produced by Simply Bails Co. are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
